Invest 亚特兰大 and the 亚特兰大市 Department of City Planning and Community Development utilized $22MM of the 2021 Housing Opportunity Fund to support the continuation of a citywide program to assist homeowners with up to $30K in critical health and safety repairs on the major systems in their home.
The citywide 业主康复 program provides eligible homeowners with up to $30,000 in eligible health and safety repairs to critical systems in their home. Funds are provided as a deferred forgivable loan for either 5 or 10-years at a 0% interest rate with payments deferred and forgiven until the earlier of loan maturity, 出售, 所有权转让, or failure to maintain the property as the primary residence during the term of the loan. 直接建设金额为15美元,000或更少的人有5年的任期, 直接建筑费用超过15美元,000人的任期为10年. 本金余额每年减少10%或20%, 只要符合条件的房主保持主要居住地.
